Pack 100 Webelos II's tear up Klondike Derby
Our Webelos II's had an incredible showing at this year's Klondike Derby at Ockanickon Scout Reservation. Joey A., Eryk, Joey D., Greg, and Brandon did a great job at all the skills/challenge stations. They also showed what they were made of when it came time to race their sled around the crueling course. Excellent job gentlemen!

Pack 100's 2007 Toys for Tots Toy Drive
Pack 100 did a great job collecting toys for this years toy drive. RJ our new Marine friend came to collect the toys. During his visit, he graciously agreeed to help out at the Pack meeting. First, he presented the scouts with their awards and achievements. Then RJ performed a uniform inspection on all of the scouts. Thanks RJ!

Pack 100 Marches in the Bristol Boro Holiday Parade
Pack 100 marched in the Bristol Boro Holiday Parade with the Exchange Club. The Exchange Club shows patriotism by "giving every child a flag". The scouts handed out flags to every child along the parade route. They also collected food along the way for the Scouting for Food program. It was a great day of showing community spirit and having fun.

Cub Scout Pack 100 of Levittown Collects for the Scouting for Food Program
Pack 100 participated in the annual Scouting for Food Program by collecting over 800 pounds of food. The scouts gathered food from family, friends and neighbors in order to help those less fortunate celebrate Thanksgiving. Pack 100 also collects food throughout the year for their ongoing food drive for local shelters and food pantries.

Pack 100 Camps Again at Blue Rocks Campground
Since we had so much fun during the summer at Blue Rocks the pack decided to go again. We had a great turnout. A lot of new scouts to the pack came along. Some hiked up to the Pulpit Rock, some went to Crystal Cave, some went to Roadside America, some even went to Cabellas. Everyone went on the hay ride. We all piled aboard a huge hay wagon and went over to one of the local farms to get pumpkins. Back at the campsites, we decorated for Halloween. The scouts went trick or treating from tent to tent and had to say part of the Bobcat requirements in order to get some treats. When the campground judges came by, the scouts performed some songs for them. They sang the Shark song and a rendition of Roadkill Stew. It was the performance that put us over the top so we won the decorating contest.

Blue Rock Summer Camping Trip
Pack 100 went camping in August at Blue Rock Campgrounds up by Hawk Mountain. We hiked up to Pulpit Rock, went to Crystal Cave and Roadside America. We did a lot of fishing and had some monster-sized campfires. The boys also did some swimming in the campground's pool.

Trenton Thunder Baseball Game and Sleepover
Pack 100 had a blast going to a Trenton Thunder baseball game and then having a sleepover in the outfield after the game. The boys cheered the Thunder, ate all kinds of snacks, and did all the things you do at a baseball game. Then after the game, while the grounds crew staked out the outfield, the pack went to their cars to get their camping supplies. They let us back in and we set up camp. 100 set up right under the big scoreboard. They showed the movie "Cars" on the scoreboard. It was cool. Some watched the movie, some ran around and played games, a few got tired and went to sleep. As the night went on, scouts and parents dropped off one by one. Two scouts stayed up really late, Ricky and Brian. Some of the parents stayed up all night to keep watch. Everyone got a rude awakening, literally. The cleaning crew started cleaning at 4:30 in the a.m. and by 5 a.m., they were using leaf blowers to move trash out of the stands. Below the picture of tent city is a picture of Ricky and Brian when they first got up. Ricky was dazed, Brian was just down-right cranky. After everyone woke up fully, we all agreed it was a great time.

Pack 100 Scouting thru the Summer visits the Duck Tours
The Pack went on a great adventure in July. We went to Philly and took a ride on the Duck Tours. The Duck Tours is a sightseeing amphibious vehicle. The tour consists of a hilarious and historical tour of old Philadelphia first by land and then zooming into the river and getting a duck's eye perspective of things by "driving" in the river. Afterwards, some of the group walked down to Penn's Landing and toured the Independence Seaport Museum. Part of the FREE tour allowed us to go on two vessels. The Olympia (a steel warship) and the USS Becuna (a submarine!). On our walk back we stopped at an old-fashioned ice cream parlor. Great day of fun with a lot of learning thrown in.

Cub Scout Pack 100 holds an Earth Day Clean-up at Falls Township Community Park
The Scouts, Leaders, and parents cleaned up the park for Earth Day. The group focused on the path by Route 13. Bags of garbage and larger trash was pulled from the woods.

Pack 100 marched in the Bucks County St. Patrick's Day parade. We had a beautiful, sunny day. The boys passed out 25+ pounds of candy before we were 2/3 of the way. Next year we know to bring twice as much. Great job guys. The reason everyone has their mouths open in the picture is because they are saying, "FUN"

The Marines came to our December pack meeting to pick up toys for our Toys for Tots toy drive. While they were there, they performed a uniform inspection.

Pack 100 lent a hand with Troop 124 to clean up the property of a person in need. Great job everyone, this was scouting at it's finest.
